Women's Self
Defense Seminars: Mundy has
been training in Martial Arts for four years and
offered Women's Self Defense seminars to help women
empower themselves. Mundy is trained in Bai
Kai Kung Fu, Karate and Aiki Jujitsudo holding
multiple belt levels. This seminar
offers how to defend yourself from attackers and
potential uninvited advances in the work place.
We train women how to also be aware of their
surroundings and use what they have to defend from
an attacker.
